01/03/11 Spotted | Pillow Talk

Sometimes it takes holiday gatherings at your home to really see your home—and to see what is missing. If yours is missing a little soul, consider pillows, such as these, new at Maison Suzanne in Oak Park. Owner Suzanne Cahill has made a new batch of pillows from East Indian textiles. The ones shown here are made from an antique wool Rabari wedding shawl that was hand-loomed, dyed, and embroidered by tribal women.

Maison Suzanne

New at Maison Suzanne in Oak Park: Pillows for the holidays made from antique Indian wedding saris. They feature silk velvet facings, metallic cords, and a 50/50 mix of down and feather inserts. Great for adding a touch of glitter and glam.
